Be an ambassador

Our Pre-College students are very important to us, even after they leave. The Pre-College Ambassador program is a way for us to continue the connection with our students so we can help them along their college journey and beyond.

As an Ambassador, you can look forward to:

  • Utilizing your first-hand experience to answer prospective students’ questions.
  • Promoting pre-college in your high school and community.
  • Engaging in exclusive info session opportunities.

Transcripts And Course Assessment

Helpful tips to navigate your undergraduate application:
How to answer Common App question: Did you attend another college?
  • Noncredit course (2-3 weeks): Answer no; you may request a transcript but it's not required
  • Credit course (6 weeks): Answer yes and request a transcript from Emory
Course Assessment (noncredit only)
  • Upon applying to Emory Pre-College, you were asked permission to share an assessment of you by your instructor with Emory Admissions. Once agreed, it is on file by the end of the summer of attendance. When you apply to Emory University, the Office of Admissions will have access to this assessment.
TRANSCRIPTS

All Emory Pre-College Alumni may request an official transcript from Emory for inclusion in your college application materials.

Emory University has partnered with Parchment to issue official transcripts allowing for 24 hours a day, 365 days a year orders with online tracking.

All students must create a profile in Parchment before placing their transcript order. The profile setup is a one-time process and can be completed using any email address.

For additional questions, contact the Emory registrar.
