Having problems logging into your application? Follow the tips below. This should clear up any issues. In the event you continue to have trouble, please send an email to OISP@emory.edu. We may need to reset your login.
If you logged into OPUS (Emory system for paying your deposit) on the same browser as your application, it is very possible that you may have login conflicts.
Below are some ways that may help you log back in.
First, be sure you are using the email address you signed up with as your username.
- Clear the history/cache on your browser before logging in (especially when using Safari or Chrome). You may need to refresh your screen a few times to get a successful attempt.
