Check Your Status

Once you begin an application, you will have the option to save the information and login at a different time to complete any questionnaires. After acceptance into the program, there will be additional pre-arrival materials online for you to view and complete.

Want to check the status of your application? You can do that anytime.

To Login to an Existing Application

  • Select OISP PORTAL LOGIN (at top right hand corner of this website).
  • Use your email address and password to enter the application.

Problems?

  • Contact the Emory Pre-College Program at oisp@emory.edu.
  • Email a brief description of any error messages you are receiving when you attempt to login.
  • If you do not receive a response within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) by email, call our office at (404) 727-2240 for assistance.

Login Troubleshooting

Having problems logging into your application? Follow the tips below first.

The OISP Portal and OPUS are two different systems that accepted students have logged into. If you logged into OPUS (Emory system for paying your deposit and balance) on the same browser as your application (through the OISP Portal), it is very possible that you may have login conflicts each time.

OISP Portal: This is where you originally applied online for the program, completed your pre-arrival checklist and need to retrieve your faculty course assessment (post-program).

To access this account, use your email address for your username, and the password you originally created.

If a window appears that looks similar to the one below, be sure to choose the second option each time. You have created a login with an email. Students DO NOT have an Emory Login.

 OPUS/Emory Card - for your Emory account, bill pay, enrollment verification and Emory Card submission

To access your student account and submit your photo, use your NETID and password.


Below are some ways that may help you log back in.

1. Be sure you are using the email address you signed up with as your username for your application.

2. Try using a different browser. (For example, if you are using Safari, open Google Chrome or Firefox and try again.)

3. Try using the incognito/private web page (see below)

4. Login your application through the OISP Portal Login using your email address and password.


Password Reset

To reset your OISP Portal Login password, follow the instructions below.

  1. On the OISP Portal Login page, click on “Forgot your password?” Reset Password
  2. Enter the email address you signed up as your username
  3. Click on “Reset Password”
  4. Check your email (if the password reset link is not in your inbox, check your spam folder)
  5. Login OISP Portal Login with your email address and new password

This should clear up any issues. In the event you continue to have trouble, please send an email to OISP@emory.edu.
