All students will be issued an Emory Card which will allow them access to the residence hall, dining hall, libraries and other athletic and campus facilities. Students will not be able to eat on campus using their meal plan nor access the residence hall unless they have an Emory Card.
Pre-College: It is very important to submit your photo following these instructions by the appropriate deadline.
Session A - June 13, 2018
Session B and IDI - June 27, 2018
Session C - July 11, 2018
Summer College: It is very important to submit your photo following these instructions by the appropriate deadline.
Session 1 - May 16, 2018
Session 2 - June 27, 2018
Students who have submitted their photos by these deadlines will receive their Emory Card during Orientation. Students who do not submit a photo by these deadlines will have an opportunity to have a photo taken and Emory Card made on the first Monday afternoon of each session. Students who wait until the first Monday of the program to get their Emory Card may be responsible for covering the cost of their own breakfast and lunch that day since they will not have access to their meal plan via Emory Card.
Photo Upload Status
You may check whether the photo you uploaded for your EmoryCard was accepted or declined once it was reviewed by the EmoryCard Office. Follow the steps below to check your Emory email:

Non-credit students should purchase their texts for their courses before arriving on campus for the Pre-College Program. Some courses may require students to read prior to the first day of their course. All may be ordered online. The texts will not be available at the Emory bookstore.
Course readings will be available in May.
Summer College students who are enrolled in six-week credit courses, which are not included on this list, should plan to purchase their course readings in the Emory bookstore. Click here for more information about textbooks.
Emory NetID and Password
Please make sure that you know your Emory NetID and password when you arrive on campus. You will need it to log into your Emory email, to retrieve class assignments, and to log in to Emory computers. Parents, if you retrieved your child's NetID and password, please share it with them before the Pre-College Program begins. You MUST have your NetID and password with you at Check-In so that we can connect you to the Resident Network (ResNet) and EmoryUnplugged (our wireless network). If you have not retrieved your NetID and password, click here for instructions.
