The Emory Pre-College Program and Summer College for High School Students takes a holistic look at each student's academic record. Test scores must be submitted but they are one piece of the picture. We do take scores into account but we do not have a minimum or absolute range for admission. We like to see a student taking a challenging course load in high school and working to the best of their abilities. Teacher recommendations and transcripts provide us with a much more accurate academic picture.

We strongly encourage all motivated students to apply. Students should feel free to explain or provide additional information if they feel something needs further clarification.
