Arriving and Departing Campus
We have gathered all the information you need to prepare you to arrive for your session. We look forward to seeing you on campus soon. Click on each link below to find the related details.
Airport shuttles are available for $25 one-way or $50 round trip. The shuttle is available only on Check-In and Check-Out dates. If you are arriving or departing on other days or times, you will need to make your own arrangements to get to/from campus. Space on the shuttles is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- On Check-In days, shuttles will run from the airport to campus at 11am, 12:30pm and 2pm. You should plan your flight to arrive by 1 pm to make the last scheduled shuttle to campus.
- On Check-Out days, shuttles will depart campus at 7am, 9am and 11am. All students must depart the Residence Halls by noon, so students should plan flights accordingly. Specific shuttle times will be assigned to students depending on reservations.
Reservations are made through your application. Please log in to your application using the OISP PORTAL LOGIN at the top of the screen. The deadlines to make shuttle reservations are as follows:
Session A: June 10th
Session B and IDI: June 24th
Session C: July 8th
Shuttle fees are not refundable if cancelled after the deadline.
Taxi and Ride-Share
Click below for information on taxis and rideshare (Uber and Lyft) to and from the airport.
The residence hall address for check-in is Turman Hall, 640 Means Drive, Atlanta, GA, 30322
- Due to construction on campus, navigational systems may provide incorrect instructions to streets that cannot be accessed. Campus map will be available in June.
- We encourage all parents/guardians to drop off students with their luggage first at the residence hall then park. This will allow students to check-in and obtain their room assignment before you return.

All commuter students who are planning to drive a vehicle and park on campus daily must purchase a parking pass from the Transportation and Parking Office.
The Transportation and Parking Office is located in the Starvine Parking Deck on the Clairmont Campus. The office is open from 7:30 am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday.
Students should plan to visit the office to purchase their parking pass either the week before class starts or early the Monday morning their class is scheduled to begin.
Please inform the parking officials that you are an Emory Pre-College student and that you would like to purchase a two-week/four-week/six-week parking pass for the Peavine parking deck.
Pre-College students are discouraged from leaving the Pre-College program for visits with friends and family. In order to allow students to take full advantage of their pre-college experience, we encourage parents and students to schedule visits with friends and family members either before the program begins or after it ends.
Students are allowed to leave campus under the adult supervision of local friends and relatives if we have received prior approval from the student’s parent or guardian. (More information about the permission form will be included in a pre-arrival email in May and also through your online application.) If you must plan a visit during the program, please contact Jake Horvath at email@example.com to find a suitable time when your child will not miss programming in which they wish to participate.
For hotel accommodations and dining near the Emory campus, please see the Visitor's Guide on the Emory College website for suggestions.
